Tom Vater has co-written several documentary screenplays for French and German TV. The film 'Angkor, Stone Smile of the Khmer' (arte, SWR, 2002, 52 min, Dir. Marc Eberle, Screenplay and Prod. Manager Tom Vater) has been broadcast numerous times on public television in Europe.
Having worked on numerous film shoots in London in the 1990s, Tom Vater went on to act as production manager and fixer for international TV documentaries in India, Cambodia and Thailand. Recent assignments include work for CBS 60 Minutes (USA), arte (France/Germany), SWR (Germany) and Pro7 (Germany).
